Conditions for organizing events
We offer various options for organizing events. Company or private events can only be arranged out of the peak season.
- The variant CLUB includes free use the area of club, clubhouse, barbecue, court, booking whole accommodation capacity of both guest houses (30 bedts in total). If this accommodation capacity is not sufficient, the rest of the staff has the opportunity to register at the reception for accommodation in the camp according to the current PRICE LIST OF THE CAMP. Opening hours of the bar are the subject to agreement and wishes of the client. It is possible to book time for water activities (water skiing, wakeboarding, tubes and banana ride). The price for water activities is not included in the rent. Please note that the decree allows boat rides until 8:00 pm.
- The variant COMPLETE includes the use of whole campsite area. Compare to the CLUB variant, the client also has the use of the entire area of peninsula, where the camping is included in the rental price. The area of campsite can client arbitrarily use for construction of attractions and stands according to their program. It is possible to book time for water activities (water skiing, wakeboarding, tubes and banana ride). The price for water activities is not included in the rent. Please note that the decree allows boat rides until 8:00 pm.
- The variant CAMP includes the rental of the entire area of campsite. In this case the club is closed for the participants of the event. This option is suitable for larger company events, which are organized only during the day without stay overnight (accommodation). The event must end no later then at 10:30 pm and all participants must leave the premises no later then at 11:00 pm.
- For the variant CLUB is available the rental of audio equipment for KARAOKE : 2500,- CZK/day.
- According to the customer’s wishes, we will prepare and organize a banquet (barbecue, piglet on a turnspit, goulash, fruit and vegetable plates etc.), sound system of the club area, evening entertainment (disco, karaoke, projection).
- For variant CLUB it is necessary to use our beverage services.
After we will agree all the details of event and upon the client’s requests, we will prepare a quotation.
